Forms received between December 1, 2025 and February 8, 2026 will automatically be placed on the following year's list as well.Companies must submit an application each calendar year for inclusion on each respective calendar year's list. Contractors must also possess a valid City business license, as well as be able to secure bonds and necessary insurance if selected to perform work. Contractors must comply with all City, State, and Federal requirements if selected to perform work.Additionally, pursuant to Senate Bill 854, no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) per California Labor Code section 1725.5.To be included on the City's Informal Construction Bid list for 2025, contractors must email the completed Annual Invitation for CUPCCAA Construction Bid List form to purchasinginfo@madera.gov prior to February 8, 2026.
