The Agreement documents consist of: This RFQ/P, including all Terms and Conditions contained herein; The task assignment Scopes of Work to be developed on an as needed basis; The terms and conditions of Thornton’s Purchase Order (PO) issued to the Service Provider to encumber funds for the anticipated work; and The respondent’s response to the RFQ/P. If any terms and conditions in any of the agreement documents are in conflict, the order of precedence is in the order listed above. This solicitation shall remain open and active through December 31, 2025. Firms may submit their Proposal at any time until then. The maximum amount allowed under this Agreement for one (1) Task Assignment is one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000).
