    Description

    The work in this project includes Berth 8/9 Maintenance Repairs: Damaged timber, Chocks, and Walers identified on the drawings to be removed and replaced, including steel supports for timber walers and steel pipe bull rails. Scope also includes furnishing and installing HDPE sleeves over existing fender piles, as indicated on the plans. Installation of the HDPE sleeves would require removing the existing UHMW fender panels, timber waler, chocks, and miscellaneous steel elements. Additive-Alternate Berth 4 Maintenance Repairs: Install a new steel bull rail for approximately half of the dock bull rail, including a rub rail, as shown in the drawing and details. Scope also includes repairs to the concrete bull rail along the West of the dock. Work shall be physically completed within 50 working days from Notice to Proceed. Engineer's Estimate: $526,300 ~ $581,700
