2025 Lift Station Rehabilitation

The work includes but is not limited to mobilization, bonds and insurance; blasting the wet well walls, floor, underside of the top slab, and baffle wall; application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to all areas of the wet well walls, floor, underside of the top slab, and baffle wall; application of a 100% solids epoxy coating system to the wet well walls, floor, underside of the top slab, and baffle wall; demolition and replacement of the wet well riser pipe bends and Pump No. 1 check and plug valves; blasting and recoating the valve vault piping and valves; installation of a drain flap valve; installation of riser pipe supports; demolition and replacement of a portion of the wet well vent, flange, and screen; crack repair; installation of flap valve on valve vault drain line; installation, rental, and operation of a temporary bypass pumping system; and all else as specified and shown on the construction documents and not specifically addressed in separate bid items, complete, in place for a fully functioning lift station.
