    Description

    The New York State Department of Environmental Conseration (DEC) is seaking a road rehabilitation and resurfacing contractor for the Notch Lane Truck Trail located within Mt. Tom State Forest, White Creek, NY, Existing access roads are in disrepair, and it has been determined that the rehabilitation will enhance the connection to multiuse public trails, and accommodate more visitation, relieving pressure on other high-use areas. Pursuant to the State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, this IFB includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between a Governmental Entity and an Offeror during the procurement process. Bidders shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Guidelines Regarding Permissible Contacts during a Procurement and the Prohibition of inappropriate Lobbying Influence.
