    Description

    The City of South Jordan is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor to install a raised median (per UDOT standards and specifications) on the Jordan Gateway roadway north of the South Jordan Parkway / Jordan Gateway intersection. The installation of the raised median includes, but is not limited to: mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, construction surveying and staking, materials and compaction testing, removal of existing striping and symbols, installation of concrete plowable end sections, installation of raised median reflectors, installation of object marker signs with base, and installation of pavement markings and symbols; all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, rentals, fuels, utilities, subcontractors, suppliers, and all other costs including overhead and profit are to be included in bid line items.Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each bid. No pre-bid conference will be held.Work must be substantially complete 45 days from Notice to Proceed. Anticipated date of Notice to Proceed is February 15, 2026.Bids will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All bids shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time.
