Responses will be posted by Addenda no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on August 21, 2026, to www.dahlonega.gov. A Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid amount must accompany the Bid submission. The awarded Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. EDT on August 28, 2026, and may be delivered to the Purchasing Department located at 465 Riley Road, Dahlonega, Georgia 30533. Bids shall be clearly marked and sealed including the appropriate bid number and title. Late Bids will not be considered nor returned. Immediately following the deadline, Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the Gary McCullough Council Chambers of Dahlonega City Hall located at 465 Riley Road, Dahlonega, Georgia 30533.
