Contractors are expected to follow all local, city, state, and federal standards, codes, and specifications.Contractors shall review the IFB in order to provide a bid. The City will review the low bid to make sure it reflects market prices.Complete and submit all needed information and documents required in the RFB documents.All questions must be submitted via BONFIRE by the Q&A date/time deadline posted in BONFIRE. Any question emailed or asked of staff will not be answered. While the RFP is open, communication of any kind made regarding this project with any City employee is prohibited.Bids will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All bids shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time.
