    The City of South Jordan is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor to perform improvements to the parking lots for the Public Works Building and the Animal Shelter. The project includes, but is not limited to installing a 10-in thick fiber reinforced concrete parking lots. Coordination with South Jordan City Staff will be essential for a successful project as City staff will be responsible for site preparation and furnishing and installing untreated base course.Anticipated date of Notice to Proceed: February 25, 2026Contractors need to examine the RFB carefully to become thoroughly familiar with all conditions and requirements that may affect the work to be performed under the contract. Contractors are expected to follow all local, city, state, and federal standards, codes, and specifications.Contractors shall review the IFB in order to provide a bid. The City will review the low bid to make sure it reflects market prices.Complete and submit all needed information and documents required in the RFB documents.All questions must be submitted via BONFIRE by the Q&A date/time deadline posted in BONFIRE. Any question emailed or asked of staff will not be answered. While the RFP is open, communication of any kind made regarding this project with any City employee is prohibited.Bids will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All bids shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time.
