The site location is further described in Section 1.2 and shown on Figures 1 and 2 in the Technical Specifications section of this Project Manual. C. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the drilling, construction and testing of the proposed Silver Bullet Well. D. The OWNER is the Summit County Service Area #3. E.
