Bids may be held for ninety (90) days subject to action by the County. By submitting a bid for the requested materials and/or services each bidder is certifying that its bid is in compliance with regulations and requirements stated within the Invitation for Bid package. Santa Fe County reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or whole. A completed bid package shall be submitted in a sealed envelope indicating the bid title and number along with the bidding firm’s name and address clearly marked on the outside of the container. All bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and delivered to the Santa Fe County Purchasing Division located at 102 Grant Avenue (First Floor), Santa Fe, NM 87501. Publish Dates: January 18th and 19th, 2026 3 IFB No. 2026-0198-PW/TJ BID INSTRUCTIONS Bids are requested by Santa Fe County from qualified, licensed construction companies for the construction of the Arroyo Hondo SR-14 Interceptor including the installation of approximately 17,346 linear feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer line. The project also includes roadway construction and associated appurtenances; waterline construction; reclaimed water/effluent irrigation system construction, dry utility installation and coordination; environmental erosion and sediment control measures; and terrain management and revegetation work. The bids shall be based upon the material descriptions, units, and estimated quantities shown on the attached bid sheets. Final payment will be made upon quantities completed in accordance with the specifications, measured and accepted by the County, paid at the unit prices contained in the bid. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the construction plans and specifications. The bid shall include all permits, fees, tie-in fees for all utilities, overhead and profit, and incidental costs in the bid amounts. All applicable taxes shall not be included in the bid amounts. All applicable laws and ordinances and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over the project shall apply to the Contractor and all agreements between the Contractor and the County. 1. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work being performed is located in Santa Fe, NM, and extends from Richard Avenue near Willow Back Road to the south side of the Colibri Subdivision. The work includes but not limited to the construction of 17,346 LF of new 10” sewer line with 54 new manholes from Richards Ave. to the Colibri Subdivision. The project also includes service access to the sewer via a base course road. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the construction plans and specifications. The bids shall be in the form of unit pricing as per items listed on the bid sheets. The bid shall include all permits, fees, tie-in fees for all utilities, overhead and profit and incidental costs in the bid amounts. All applicable taxes shall not be included in the bid amounts. All applicable laws and ordinances and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over the project shall apply to the contractor
