    Specifications and required submittal forms may be obtained by contacting the Polk County Purchasing Office 936-327-6849, option 2 or visiting the County’s website WWW.POLKTX.GOV. Eligible Bids must be submitted individually, by designated bid #, on the form provided by the County.  Bids must be sealed, identified on the exterior individual envelope/s with the bid#/title and received by Nacole Reeks, in the Polk County Purchasing Office - 602 E. Church, Suite 120 - Livingston, Texas 77351 prior to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2026.  Bids will be opened and publicly read in the Polk County Purchasing Office at 2:00 p.m. on the deadline date.  The subject bids are scheduled to be awarded in the Commissioners Court session to be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The Polk County Commissioners’ Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of the County.
