Qualified responses will be reviewed and ranked by an evaluation committee. Those firms short-listed may be selected for interviews and shall be prepared to make scheduled presentation to a pre-appointed evaluation committee, if required. Evaluation criteria will include but not be limited to: compliance with submission requirements; qualifications of contractor to meet the City's objectives; whether the proposed services meet the City's objectives; and the overall approach have been adequately and technically addressed, and the proposed fee.
