Requests for access to the video conference must be submitted to SRobertson@sanmarcostx.gov at least 30 minutes prior to the pre-bid conference. Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time, and the bid opening will be conducted via video conference.
