All work on this Contract is to be completed by 1/15/2027 as described in Specification 01 31 51 - Milestone Schedule, starting on or after the University’s Notice to Proceed is received which shall be forwarded to the Contractor(s) upon approval of the contract of the New York State Comptroller. Drawings can be picked up at Avalon Document Services located at 40 La Riviere Drive, Buffalo, New York 14202 after that move date. Payment can be submitted by credit card or by a check made payable to: Avalon Document Services A walk-through site inspection will be held on 06/09/26 at 10:00am All interested parties should assemble at Student Union Main Entrance. Failure to participate in the walk-through inspection will not be grounds for extra compensation due to field conditions encountered on this project. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process. Failure to adhere to this provision may result in the disqualification under the NYS Procurement Lobbying Act.
