Bids received after this time will not be accepted The Work includes the following principal items: Construction of a new two-gate Passenger Concourse of about 24,000sf and the reconfiguration of about 10,000sf of existing terminal facilities. Included in the scope of work is all building trades, and sitework related to underground utilities, asphalt vehicle service roadways, and terminal roadways. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 , in the Administration Building at the City of Gulf Shores Airport Authority, 3190 Airport Drive, Gulf Shores, Alabama 36542. Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the scope, schedule and requirements for this contract, it is required that bidders attend this meeting. Any changes that may be agreed upon as a result of this meeting will be noted in an addendum sent to all plan holders.
