    Sealed Bids for the High Street Water Main Replacement Phase II & Road Reconstruction will be received by the Town of Portland electronically via the internet bidding service until 11:00 AM local time on July 7, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud via teleconference. The Project generally consists of water main replacement, water services, storm drainage, pavement pulverization and reclamation, pavement and curbing, sidewalk replacement, and site restoration. Bidding Documents are available for free download from the Project’s bidding service webpage.
