Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269, Subchapter D, Elgin Independent School District (Elgin ISD) intends to procure a contractor through the Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) method for the Multi-Campus Fiber Project.The project consists of furnishing and installing fiber optic infrastructure to support connectivity at two district facilities.Legacy Oaks Middle School Fiber Connection Installation of fiber infrastructure connecting Trinity Ranch Elementary School (132 Grist Mill Lane, Elgin, TX 78621) to the new Legacy Oaks Middle School campus currently under construction at 2005 FM 1704, Elgin, TX 78621.Homestead CTE Culinary Program Fiber Connection Installation of fiber infrastructure connecting Elgin ISD’s existing splice point on W. Brenham Street in downtown Elgin to the Homestead site located at 816 Lexington Road, Elgin, TX 78621.The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permitting, and related services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project specifications and schedule requirements.
