The City of San Bernardino Municipal Water Department will not accept a bid nor will it contract or subcontract without proof of the contractor or subcontractor’s current registration to perform public works pursuant to section 1725.5. Please include proof of DIR registration for contractor and subcontractor's along with your general attachments. Notes: Contractor must meet the following minimum qualifications. Contractor's proposal will be deemed non-responsive to the extent that it does not meet these minimum qualifications.1. The Contractor and all Subcontractors shall possess all certifications and licenses necessary to perform the services specified under this RFQ.2. Contractor’s Project Manager/Superintendent shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of applicable experience individually, as described in Section 2, Scope of Services. Contractor’s Project Manager/Superintendent may not be removed from the Project without the expressed written consent of the Department and will not be considered without significant extenuating circumstances.3. Contractor shall have satisfactorily completed at least fifteen (15) years direct experience in assessing sewer condition by performing CCTV inspection and cleaning of sewers. The Contractor must have assessed condition by performing CCTV in excess of 1000 miles or performed at least other jobs similar in size and scope to the work specified herein. Any above-mentioned work performed by Subcontractors for the Contractor will not be considered direct Contractor experience.
