Spot repairs will begin 1 foot above the upstream joint and end 1 foot below the downstream joint on any clay pipe with length-wise cracks. A full-circle fiberglass steam, ambient or ultra violet cured-in-place material shall be used for the spot repairs. See bid documents for more information.
