    Description

    Lakehaven Water and Sewer District (District) is soliciting proposals from providers of fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems testing and maintenance services (Contractors).  Contractor proposals shall be based on and be responsive to the information in the Submittal Requirements document and especially that set forth in Exhibit “A” of the Sample Contract provided.

    PLEASE NOTE: A tour has been scheduled for all affected sites on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until all sites have been visited (approximately noon). All interested parties will convene at the District's Headquarters site at 31627A 1st Avenue South, in Federal Way, Washington, at 8:45 a.m., to begin the tour.
