Pre-bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting for the purpose of discussing and clarifying details, specifications and time-frame will be held at Haddad River Front Park. In the event of rain, the meeting will be held at the City Manager’s Office, 501 Virginia Street East, Charleston, WV 25301 at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 2, 2026.
