    The City Clerk of Monroe, Michigan will receive electronic proposals until 10:00 a.m. (local time), on Monday, July 13, 2026, for 2026-27 Water Distribution Materials, through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) online bidding website. The bids will be publicly open and read aloud via a Zoom on line meeting at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026. Anyone that would like to participate in the bid opening must send a request email to edward.sell@monroemi.gov to receive an email invitation to the opening. Please see the attached document for a complete list of materials and product specifications. *Note, due to facility spacing limitations multiple orders will be required on awarded bid items through June 30, 2027. Bid quantities are estimated based on historical records and upcoming projects such that bidders shall be noticed that not all bid quantities may be ordered. The City of Monroe reserves the right to award by division below. **All materials must be American or Canadian made products. For Water Service Connections: All materials that may come into contact with water intended for public use shall meet American National Standards Institute (ANSI). All materials must be NSF approved and must conform to the most recent AWWA specifications, other organizations accredited to test such products. Note, all applicable materials shall the NSF/ANSI 61, Annex G and Standard 372 (0.25% Maximum Lead Content).
