    This request for proposal (RFP) is being issued to select a contractor capable of delivering a splice ready fiber and conduit system for this phase of the project. The intent of this RFP is to solicit a general contractor capable of performing and managing all work required to install conduit and splice ready fiber for the 2026 phase of the project. The work includes, but is not limited to: excavation, vault installation; conduit placement, fiber cable pulling and testing, and splice enclosures; roadway, concrete, and landscape restoration; traffic control including pedestrian and bicycle detours; permitting; utility potholing and documentation; as-built information, and project record keeping.
