The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified vendors with experience working with school districts to secure 2026 Art & Instructional Bid.  Fort Smith Public Schools ("FSPS") does not assume to have included every detail in this RFP, but has made every effort to provide all bidders with enough information to bid on this RFP.
