2026 Asphalt Pavement Improvements for Blaketree Municipal Utility District No. 1

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to remove and replace approximately 220 square yards of asphaltic concrete, including subgrade preparation; approximately 220 square yards of prime coat and 2-inch (2”) Type “D” Hot Mix Laid Asphaltic Concrete; approximately 500 linear feet of crack sealing; 21,000 square yards of seal coating; and Traffic Control Plan including flaggers when directed by the Engineer; and all site work specified in the construction drawings and contract documents. Liquid seal coating shall be applied to the subject roadway only. The Contractor shall take care to prevent overbrush and/or overspray onto adjacent ditches, landscaping, shoulders, and driveways. The work includes coordination with the Bluejack National and the Homeowners Association, as applicable, to facilitate access, construction activities, and scheduling constraints, when required and as directed by the Engineer.
