    PUBLIC BID ADVERTISEMENT (ELECTRONIC BIDDING) Electronic bids will be due through the Lucas County bidding system at: https://co.lucas.oh.us/3400/Bidding-RFPs by 10:00 am local time on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 and opened immediately thereafter for the performance on all labor, in compliance with section 4115.03 through 4115.14 of the Ohio Revised Code, and the furnishing of all materials, tools, and machinery in accordance with the plans and specifications for the 2026 Bridge Repair Program, Bancroft Street Bridge #95 & Sylvania Avenue Bridge #101. To submit a bid, plans and specifications are to be downloaded from the Lucas County bidding system link provided. Registration through the bidding service is required.
