Electronic bidding documents will be available on March 18, 2026 and may be obtained on BidNet Direct at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/cityofcraig. A mandatory pre-bid walk must be scheduled prior to April 2, 2026, bids will not be accepted without. No bid shall be withdrawn after opening the bid without the consent of the City of Craig, for a period of at least 60 days following the scheduled bid opening. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from qualified contractors that have demonstrated relevant experience and the requirements included in the Bidder’s Qualification Statement. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required and must accompany the bidder’s bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required upon contract award. The City of Craig reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids.
