Only a proposal submitted by a Contractor on record with the City Clerk's Office as having received the bid documents will be opened. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Kennesaw, Georgia at the office of the City Clerk located at 2529 J.O. Stephenson Avenue, Kennesaw, Georgia, 30144 until: Friday, April 17, 2026, 3:00 p.m., EST, at which time all proposals will be opened and recorded. A total of one (1) identified original copy plus three (3) copies of the proposals shall be required. RFP responses received after the above date and time, or in any location other than specified, will not be considered. The City of Kennesaw reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
