Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform renovations at both the Newing and Dickinson Basketball Courts, the addition of field netting at the CIW Co-Rec synthetic turf field, and the installation of a concrete parking pad adjacent to the Tuscarora Office Building. All work but that for the concrete pad is in the Base Bid and the parking pad is included in Alternate #1. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday March 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM in conference room C of the physical facilities building. Please reference Binghamton University’s website for parking instructions. Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner or Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
