PROJECT DESCRIPTION / OWNER INTENT Hennepin County is seeking bids for the award of contract for the supply, remove and replace old guardrails and install new ones where necessary for the guardrail upgrade projects located in the cities of Plymouth, Dayton, Minnetonka and Minnetrista. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control and traffic control supervision to provide and perform the complete rebuild of guardrail at various locations throughout Hennepin County as per their bid for this Construction Project.
