Concrete repairs, concrete sealers, traffic topping(vehicular,repair,recoat), and painting traffic markings. Contractor will coordinate with City during construction to determine appropriate shut down times for sections of the 4th and 3rd floor. Portable restrooms are not required. Visitor Information restrooms can be used once they open up at 8:30am. Contractor to coordinate with the City’s Solid Waste Division to have dumpster on northside of the garage for work debris. Substantial completion of the project shall be sixty (60) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
