    The 2026 Hilliard Sidewalk Maintenance Program consists of the removal and replacement of various sidewalk panels to meet ADA requirements and City Code. Base bid - Items 1-11. Alternate Bid - Items 12-17 The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $1,018,575.00. The estimate does not include the alternate bids. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer's estimate on the base bid by more than ten percent (10%). An award of the Project will be based solely on the base bid, without consideration of the Alternates, which the city may or may not award. The Final Completion Date is October 24, 2026. This project is being funded through local funds. State prevailing wage applies to this project. There is no DBE goal.
