Items #33-61 in the Bid Schedule relate to the improvements on Park Mill Drive. 2. Riggins Road Microsurfacing & Pavement Marking which includes 2000 feet of pavement microsurfacing and full pavement marking replacement along Riggins Road between Britton Parkway and Wilcox Road. Items #62-89 in the Bid Schedule relate to this work. 3. Britton Parkway/Riggins Road Roundabout Improvements (CIP T-142) which includes planing and resurfacing, installation of raised crosswalks, replacement of curb ramps and splitter island walkways, and pavement markings. Items #90-133 in the Bid Schedule relate to the roundabout improvements. The Engineer's Estimate is $4,602,892.00. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the Engineer's Estimate by more than ten percent (10%). An award of the Project will be based solely on the base bid, without consideration of the Alternates, which the City may or may not award. The completion date for the Project is October 31, 2026.
