    2026 Hilliard Trail Maintenance Program (CIP T-161) consists of performing maintenance on various trail throughout the City of Hilliard including crack sealing, seal coating and spot pavement repairs along with concrete curb ramp installation. The Engineer's Estimate is $125,870.00. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the Engineer's Estimate by more than ten percent (10%). An award of the Project will be based solely on the base bid, without consideration of the Alternates, which the City may or may not award. The completion date for the Project is November 30, 2026. This project is being funded through local funds. State prevailing wage applies to this project. There is no DBE goal.
