Invitation for Bids for Donny Brook Lane Stormwater Improvement Project for Douglasville ¿ Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority 8763 Hospital Drive Douglasville, Georgia 30134 July 1, 2026 IFB # 322 The Douglasville ¿ Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (the ¿Authority¿) is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the performance of the Donny Brook Lane Stormwater Improvement Project (the ¿Project¿), as more fully described in the Invitation for Bids. The scope of work includes the provision by the bidder or contractor of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The Project will be ¿turnkey¿ and require minimal involvement of Authority personnel. The work to be performed shall include, but is not limited to, the removal of approximately 71 linear feet (LF) of 54-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP), two headwalls, and the surrounding pavement. The Project includes the installation of approximately 67 LF of 10-foot x 5-foot concrete box culvert, as well as two new concrete headwalls. The road will be restored after the new culvert is installed. Approximately 36 LF of 24-inch CMP will be cured-in-place lined (CIPP). Plans for Donny Brook Lane Stormwater Improvement Project have been prepared by RINDT, Inc. (¿RINDT¿), Meg Mbugua, PE, dated April 2026. Special Conditions and Appendices contain more detailed information about the Project scope. All work will be performed within Authority easements and/or inside public right-of-way. All anticipated rights-of-way and easements required for the Project have been obtained. All anticipated federal, state, and local permits required for the Project have been obtained.
