All work on this contract shall commence on or after August 17, 2026, as weather permits. All work on this contract shall be completed by November 20, 2026. The beginning and completion dates will be included in and made part of the contract between the successful bidder and the City. Liquidated damages in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars and no/100 ($500.00) per calendar day shall be charged for every day past the completion date.
