2026 Major Road Resurfacing

Anderson Mill Rd (Cypress Creek Rd to RM 2769) and Park St (Derek Dr to Old S Bell Blvd)

Surface milling the entire roadway down two inches, asphalt overlay, installation of pavement markings and raised pavement markers, and localized subgrade repair/stabilization along roadway project limits. Match existing pavement markings, except where provided, and conform to the TMUTCD.

 

Lakeline Blvd Northbound Lanes Superelevation – Between Cedar Crest & Cedar Hills

Continuous traffic control - detour, temporary pavement markings, curb & gutter removal, partial full depth surface milling, minor excavation to allow for construction of proposed pavement section, establish new super elevation, new inlet and storm drain connection, new curb & gutter, stamped concrete median, asphalt paving, pavement markings and raised pavement markers.

 

All work performed within the vicinity of schools along Lakeline Blvd and Anderson Mill Road must be completed during the summer before school resumes.
