All materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the infilling of
garden beds in select medians of Loop 323 and of East Gentry Parkway with stamped and dyed
reinforced concrete. Removal of existing garden soil and plant life, and demolition of existing
concrete pavement are required for construction of the project. The project requires traffic control,
and it includes the relocation or capping of existing water services/meters.
