    Description

    The proposed project is to rehabilitate the asphalt pavement of various streets throughout the City of Ithaca. This project consists of providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to mill and pave approximately 16,364 linear feet of 30-foot-wide road pavement of multiple streets throughout the City of Ithaca. The work shall include milling the existing asphalt pavement surface, full depth pavement repair at localized areas as necessary, corrective undercut and backfill work at spot locations as ordered by the Engineer, removal and reconstruction of existing curb ramps, replacement of existing curb and aprons as necessary, installation of new curb, adjustment and/or replacement of manhole frames and covers, adjustment of water valve boxes, adjustment of drainage inlet frames and grates, and placement of new warm mix asphalt courses followed by new pavement markings. This project is a Unit Price contract. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Paul F. Vitale Seneca Stone Corp.
