2026 Neighborhood Road Resurfacing

Buttercup Creek, Parkway, and Parkwest Neighborhoods:

Thin Mill and Overlay consisting of ¾ inch edge milling along the lip of gutter & conform milling into intersections, 1 inch asphalt overlay, raising valves and manholes, 2 inch milling and overlay with 2 inch HMAC, and pavement markings and raised pavement markers. In addition, subgrade repair for roadway and curb and gutter at various locations as needed. The project includes work areas located in the Buttercup Creek, Parkway, and Parkwest subdivisions.

 

Ranchettes 6 & 6A Neighborhood:

Pulverize 2” of existing asphalt in place, moisture condition, smooth grade and compact. Overlay with 2 inches of HMAC Type D, and add tapers to driveways. Includes pavement marking stop bars and raised pavement markers.
