    Greenville County is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for its 2026 Pavement Preservation Project. The project consists of the application of 102,615 SY of Asphalt Single Treatment per SCDOT Specifications, and 110,818 SY of Fog Seal, as the main work items. The project will also include some patching to be performed before any surface treatments as well as striping of one road. A road list is provided in the special provision in addition to a schedule of values. The winning contractor shall provide all materials and labor needed to complete the project. It is the contractor’s responsibility to review the site conditions prior to bidding on the work.
