PROJECT NAME: 2026 PORT WIDE PAVING PROJECT NUMBER: 26-036-pw Notice is Hereby Given: The Port of Longview will receive sealed bids for the 2025 Port Wide Paving at the Port of Longview Administration Office, 10 International Way, Longview, Washington until 10:00 AM on May 21, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Scope of Work: The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, providing hauling, spreading, jointing and compacting hot mix asphalt (HMA) and asphaltic concrete pavement ot the lines and levels indicated on adjacent existing surfaces, or as directed by the Engineer. Additional work shall include providing, hauling, distributing and placing tack materials in order to place an asphalt concrete pavement. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and apparatus specifically not mentioned or noted on the plans, but are incidental and necessary to perform the work as required. Completion Date: All work shall be complete, having gained a successful final inspection and received final acceptance from the Port no later than October 15, 2026. Pre-bid Conference and Site Tour: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on May 12, 2026. This will be held at the Port Administrative Office at 10 International Way, Longview, WA 98632. Bidding Security: Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Security Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid.
