      The pre-packaged backpacks shall have the following minimum requirements:

      • Sizes: 16", 17", and 18" in height

      All backpacks shall be pre-packed with the items listed below when delivered. The backpacks shall include, at a minimum, the items listed per grade level:

       

      Line Item 1: Elementary School (16 inch or 17 inch backpacks)

      Item can be any brand unless otherwise specified.

      Quantity: 1400

      • (1) pack wide-ruled loose leaf notebook paper
      • (2) composition notebooks, any color, wide-ruled
      • (1) box of Crayola crayons (24 count minimum)
      • (1) No. 2 pencils (12 count minimum)

      Line Item 2: Middle/High School ( 18 inch backpacks)

      Item can be any brand unless otherwise specified.

      Quantity: 1000

      • (1) pack college-ruled loose leaf notebook paper
      • (1) composition notebook, college-ruled, any color
      • (1) 3-ring binder, any color ( one inch)
      • (2) one subject spiral notebooks, college-ruled
      • (1) pack No. 2 pencils (12 count minimum)
