The purpose of this solicitation is to competitively obtain quotes to acquire supplies which complies with the enclosed description for Richland School District Two for the following project: Pre Packaged Backpacks.

Sealed quotes will be received via the District’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement. Quotes must be submitted by 12:00 pmon Tuesday, May 12, 2026, EST.

• Introduction —

  Richland School District Two is requesting quotes from qualified companies to provide pre-packaged backpacks. The backpacks shall be pre-filled and delivered no later than July 17, 2026. The district intends to issue the purchase order by July 6, 2026.

• Backpack Specifications —

  The pre-packaged backpacks shall have the following minimum requirements:

  • Assorted colors
  • Front zippered pocket
  • Sizes: 16", 17", and 18" in height

• Specifications —

  All backpacks shall be pre-packed with the items listed below when delivered. The backpacks shall include, at a minimum, the items listed per grade level:

   

  Line Item 1: Elementary School (16 inch or 17 inch backpacks)

  Item can be any brand unless otherwise specified.

  Quantity: 1400

  • (1) pack wide-ruled loose leaf notebook paper
  • (2) composition notebooks, any color, wide-ruled
  • (1) box of Crayola crayons (24 count minimum)
  • (1) No. 2 pencils (12 count minimum)

  Line Item 2: Middle/High School ( 18 inch backpacks)

  Item can be any brand unless otherwise specified.

  Quantity: 1000

  • (1) pack college-ruled loose leaf notebook paper
  • (1) composition notebook, college-ruled, any color
  • (1) 3-ring binder, any color ( one inch)
  • (2) one subject spiral notebooks, college-ruled
  • (1) pack No. 2 pencils (12 count minimum)

  By submitting a response to this solicitation, the bidder certifies that this Quote is made without prior understanding, agreement, or connection with any corporation, firm, or person submitting a quote for the same services, materials, supplies, or equipment, and is in all respect fair and without collusion and fraud. The bidder agrees to abide by all conditions of this quote and certifies that they are authorized to submit this quote.

  Provide a detailed quote that itemizes the items in each grade level backpack.  Failure to provide a detailed quote shall deem your quote as non-responsive.

• Please provide a guranteed lead time and date for all items to be delivered. (required) —

  Provide the delivery date of the backpack and supplies if purchase order is received by July 6, 2026.

  Will items be in stock and ready for immediate shipment when the PO is issued on July 6, 2026 and delivered by July 17, 2026?
