    Description

The building located at 1850 St. Charles Street, Alameda, Ca. 94501 serves as the leasing office for the Parrot Garden and Parrot Village Apartment properties. The existing office, as currently configured, is not compliant with ADA accessibility requirements. These renovations include: • New accessible parking spaces and crosswalks. • Truncated domes and zero height curbs. • New concrete sidewalks. • New concrete paving and utility box at grade. • New concrete pads for trash dumpster collection. • New property sign with mailbox and bulletin board. • Remove the existing sliding glass door and replace with an ADA accessible hinged outswing, solid wood or steel door with panic hardware, toe kick and sidelight to fit the existing opening. Renovations are to be performed, as shown on TWM Architects + Planners, Parrot Garden Permit Issue plans, dated 02/20/2026. Any changes to these plans will be addressed via change order.
