The quantities listed are provided as estimates for the work to be performed. The Township of Wyckoff reserves the right to increase and decrease the quantities listed as needed to provide the highest quality finished product. However, experience shows that the amount ordered may differ from that submitted for bidding. The right is reserved to decrease or increase the quantities specified in the specifications pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-11.2 and 11.10. The work described in this specification shall begin once the contract is signed and a pre-construction meeting is conducted.
