Quantities in the bid schedule below account for these heavy cleaning estimates. Traffic Control will be required to perform work in some areas. An allowance has been provided in the bid schedule for this purpose. The Engineer's Estimate for the work is $118,400. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the Engineer's Estimate by more than ten percent (10%). The Final completion date is September 1, 2026. THIS PROJECT IS EXEMPT FROM PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS.
