The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Base Bid • The 2026 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation project will require rehabilitating approximately 3,113 linear feet of 8-inch sewer with CIPP liner, approximately 1,265 linear feet of 12-inch sewer with CIPP liner, and approximately 319 linear feet of 15-inch sewer with CIPP liner. In addition, the project will require 4 CIPP short liners, 4 areas of chemical grouting for infiltration mitigation, 29 manhole repairs, and installation of 1 manhole. The estimated costs of construction for the work outlined in the plans and specifications for the various bids are: Base Bid: $ 481,000.00 Schedule: The work shall commence within sixty (60) calendar days after the City issues the Notice to Proceed for the Contract. The work shall be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the City’s issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the Contract.
