No bids will be accepted after said prevailing time and day. 03 The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed includes bids from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive school crossing guard program for the 2026–2027 school year, with an option to extend the contract for one (1) additional school year (2027–2028). Bids must be submitted through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/holmdel.gov.. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. Any questions regarding the bid documentation shall be directed, in writing, through the OpenGov portal. Township of Holmdel is only responsible for forwarding addendums or clarifications to those prospective bidders who obtained specifications directly from the Township of Holmdel. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action) and P.L. 1977, C.33 (Disclosure of Ownership). The Township reserves to itself the right to reject any and all bids or waive informalities if deemed to be in the best interests of the Township.
