    The City of Morgan Hill (“City”) will accept electronic PDF bids from qualified contractors for its 2026 Sidewalk Repairs and Replacement Project (“Project”) by or before Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. via email to cynthia.iwanaga@morganhill.ca.gov Late proposals will not be accepted. Description: The Project is located at various locations throughout Morgan Hill, California and the scope of work is described as follows: Removal and replacement of damaged concrete sidewalks 3,840 sq. ft., 85 linear feet of curb and gutter and 45 ADA curb ramps. Estimated Cost. The estimated cost is $351,565. Time for Final Completion or Term of Contract: The Project must be fully completed within 90 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates the Work will begin in May 2026, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding. Curb ramps must be completed between June 1, 2026 and July 24, 2026.
