Bid must be clearly labeled “2026 SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM” Two (2) copies of the bid proposals shall be submitted to: Bryan Smith, City Clerk City of Garden City 6000 Middlebelt Road Garden City, MI 48135 Deadline: 10:00 am (est) on Monday, April 13, 2026. Bids shall be publicly opened and read. All RFI’s shall be emailed to Nick Yuvan, PE, nryuvan@hengineers.com. (No calls) The deadline for Request for Information (RFI) is Wednesday, April 8, 2026, 10 a.m. EST. Contract Documents can be downloaded directly from BidNet. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened.
